In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM Central on a business day are ready for pickup the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are ready the next business day. We will email you when your order is ready — please wait for that notice before making the trip.

Bring a photo ID and your order number. To authorize someone else to collect an order, add their name to the order when you place it.

We hold ready orders for ten (10) business days and will contact you. Orders uncollected after thirty (30) days are returned to stock and refunded less the restocking fee.

Delivery and shipping

We ship to all fifty states. Shipping is calculated after your order is placed, and we will contact you to complete the order — you will see the freight cost before anything further is charged. If you prefer to use your own carrier account, you may enter it at checkout.

Lead times

In-stock items ship the same or next business day. Special-order and sourced items are quoted when you order. Stated lead times are estimates, not guarantees.

Title and risk of loss

Shipments are FOB Origin, Dickinson, Texas. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the carrier takes possession.

Damaged or short shipments

Inspect your shipment before signing. Note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before you sign it — a clean signed receipt makes a freight claim very difficult to win. Report concealed damage within five (5) business days, with photographs of both the item and the packaging.
